Project Description

AMS is appointed as Project Manager for the conversion of an existing building to a hospital, which is located in Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, U.A.E. This Project comprises a Basement, Ground and First Floor with an overall area of approx. 17,300 sqft.

Burjeel Holding Company’s intent is basically to provide the highest quality healthcare services within Dubai and the immediate areas of UAE. It will also focus on the wellness of health particularly for the patients that needs medical care and attention.

The project design intent is to be built, operated and to practice sustainability all throughout and facilitate both short- and long-term aspirations with a wide variety of experienced medical teams and services to proficiently interact with patients in a well-rounded manner.

Project Consist of Basement, Ground, First and Roof Floor.

Main Medical Services includes but not limited to Emergency, Cathlab, Pharmacy, OPD Clinics, Rehabilitation, Chemotherapy, Surgecy, ICU, IP Rooms, Laboratory, CSSD and Radiology.
