AMS has been appointed as Employer’s representative for the development of a prestigious Mansion for a private high-profile VIP Client. This Project is located along the coastal area of Cochin in Kerala State of India and would be developed in to a Luxury Mansion ( G+8+R) approximately 170,000 Sqft. A Lead Design Consultant has already been appointed and has currently completed the Architectural Concept Design.
