AMS provides integrated design management services for managing the design phase of a Project. This is achieved by coordinating with various parties and ensuring the requirements and pre-requisites for all services and equipment required for functionality of the facility are incorporated within in the overall design. The Design management services include the following:
- Setting up the design deliverables plan enlisting all the activities involved in various stages of design with the time frame for achieving the same.
- Regular monitoring of the design deliverables by conducting progress meetings
- Design Coordination reviews involving multiple professional agencies
- Equipment Integration reviews during design phase to incorporate requirements of specialist equipment to be installed by third parties
- Information and communication technology integration (ICT) integration
- Health Authority Liaison
- Other Local Authorities / Municipal liaison & accreditation
