AMS is appointed as Employer’s representative for delivering a resort-style Luxury Mansion to be created for a relaxing, soothing environment that feels like an escape from the outside world.

The property is being designed by prioritizing organization and decluttering the building to create an open, airy feel.

It features elements like wood & glass (instead of conventional concrete block) moreover kind of resort type spread-out building enhancing with the green environment.

The project is utilized with the topographical characteristics of the plot to design the building that utilizes the topographical features.

The Project is currently in the concept design stage.
